Promotion Event period:  

From 10h30 (GMT+7) 21st December 2023 to 23:59 (GMT+7) 31st December 2023.

Promotion event detail:  

Users whose total accumulative paying amount from 00h00 (GMT+ 7) December 1st, 2023 to 23h59 (GMT+7) December 31st, 2023 surpasses 1000 Thai Baht (THB), will receive a discount up to 15% to a maximum of 120 THB.

This promotion is applied for certain packages listed in the below section "Applicable packages" and only when paid by Promtpay QR. During Promotion Event period, eligible user can purchase applicable packages with discounted price.

Applicable territory: Thailand.  

Eligible condition:  

For users whose total accumulative paying amount surpasses 1000 THB, during the period from 00h00 (GMT+ 7) December 1st, 2023, to 23h59 (GMT+7) December 31st, 2023, by all payment methods provided on VNGGames Shop. The accumulation only counts transactions that made for Revelation Thailand (TH) on VNGGames Shop, excluding transactions made in the game app via Google Play/App Store and other Web Top-up (e.g: UniPin).

Applicable only for transactions paid by Promtpay QR on VNGGames Shop.  

Important Notes:

If the discount amount is a decimal number, it will be rounded down

Example: The 140 หยก (โบนัส 21 หยก) package has an initial price of 75 THB. The discount amount for this package is 11,25 THB. The final discount amount will be rounded down to 11 THB.You will pay 64 THB for this package.

If users choose a payment method other than the applicable payment method, there will be no promotion even if users are qualified for a promotion.  

How to receive a discount from Promotion Event:

Step 1:

Users access the VNGGames Shop page at https://shop.vnggames.com/th

Step 2: Users search for Revelation Thailand on the search bar or select Revelation Thailand icon on the game list of VNGGames Shop.

Step 3: Users fill in user’s RoleID and hit “Confirm”.

If users are qualified, users will see a message showing that users are able to receive the promotion.

Otherwise, users will see the remaining amount needs to top-up more to be qualified for the promotion, denominated in THB.  

Step 4: Users choose PromptPay QR payment method and the package that has promotion.

Step 5: Users review the order information (paying amount, discount amount, game account information). Then users confirm the order and complete payment by the method selected. 

Please check the order value and the discount amount before confirming your order.

Step 6: Users rReceive the order receipt on VNGGames Shop.  

General Conditions/Disclaimer:  

1. VNG has the absolute right to change, at any time, the promotion percentage of payment channels, Promotion Event duration, and change payment channels that support promotions without prior notice. 

    

2. In case of a conflict of interest, VNG's decision is final.  

    

3. In case of complaints from users, VNG will handle depending on the severity of the complaint, the time of the incident, and under VNG’s procedure.  

    

4. In case VNG suspects or discovers that a user has any signs of fraud, forgery, speculation, promotional profiteering, or does not ensure payment security, VNG has the right not to offer promotions to such user.  

    

5. The Promotion Event may be ended before the Promotion Event period if the system detects signs of fraudulent speculation from users or when the Promotion Event runs out of voucher/ promotion budget.

    

6. The Promotion Event 's terms and conditions are made in Thai language and English. In case there is a conflict in content between languages, the English content will prevail.
